What Role Does Love Have with Forgiveness?

Through the parable of two debtors and a sinful woman's lavish display of love, Jesus reveals that our love for God flows directly from our understanding of how much we've been forgiven. Those who recognize the magnitude of their spiritual debt respond with greater love when that debt is erased by God's grace. God shows us our sin, provides faith to believe in His forgiveness, and then empowers us to love both Him and others in response.
